All contacts were professional and all representatives of the company were very personable. The sales rep, John “L.J." Hensley, responded to several follow-ups, both before and after the work was done, in a timely and complete manner. The installation crew had a responsible and responsive team leader as well as five motivated laborers who were careful in their work. All work was done by hand, minimizing the disruption and displacement inherent in such work, and the restoration was as complete as possible.
Be sure to always be one step ahead when it comes to foundation trouble. Some signs that your foundation may be taking a beating from the cold weather could include cracks in the walls of your house, windows separating from the home and becoming harder to close, doors becoming difficult to shut, and large gaps between the home and the ground next to it. If you notice any of these signs, it’s time to give us a call!
